10 uccisi in raid aereo su scuola Aleppo

Almeno 10 persone, tra cui sei bambini, sono stati uccisi Domenica, oltre ai sei bambini, quattro insegnanti sono stati uccisi, secondo un funzionario dell’ospedale da campo.

"Almeno 10 persone sono state uccise e altre 18 sono rimaste ferite dopo che un elicottero appartenente alle forze di Bashar Al- Assad ha sganciato una bomba a barile su una scuola materna nel quartiere di Salah al-Din", ha detto un funzionario dell’ospedale da campo all’Anadolu Agency.

Otto dei 18 feriti sono in condizioni critiche e hanno bisogno di assistenza medica urgente, ha aggiunto il funzionario.

"Le persone rimangono sotto le macerie e le squadre della protezione civile sono al lavoro per liberarli con l'aiuto di macchinari pesanti" ha detto un attivista locale, aggiungendo che l'edificio era stato completamente distrutto durante l'attacco.

Il conflitto civile in Siria, che è entrato nel suo quinto anno, ha lasciato causato di migliaia di morti e milioni di altri sfollati sia internamente che esternamente.

10 killed in air raid on Aleppo school

At least 10 people, including six children, have been killed after the Syrian army dropped a barrel bomb on a preschool on Sunday in the northern city of Aleppo, according to local hospital officials.

In addition to the six children, four teachers were also killed, according to a field hospital official.

"At least 10 people were killed and another 18 were wounded after a helicopter belonging to (Bashar Al-) Assad's forces dropped a barrel bomb on a preschool in the Salah al-Din district," a field hospital official told Anadolu Agency.

Eight of the 18 injured are in critical condition and in need of urgent medical help, added the official.

"People remain under the rubble and civil defence teams are working to rescue them with the help of heavy machinery," said a local activist, adding that the building had been completely destroyed in the attack.

Syria's civil conflict, which has entered its fifth year, has left tens of thousands of people dead and millions of others displaced both internally and externally.
