Palestinians have to protest against resumption of Israel-PA negotiations Gaza, Alray – Politburo member of Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) Rabah Muhanna, called on PLO’s Central Council to urgently convene to question Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and PLO’s Executive Committee for not abiding by the council’s decision that set conditions to return to negotiations.
